Two-Day ACTION Self-Defense Course for Women (in French)

Saturdays, February 14 and 21, 2026, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Montreal (Location will be shared to confirmed registrants.*)
Fee:
– Regular: $110
– Solidarity-based: $130 (to enable women in financially precarious situation to take the course)
– Reduced: $20 (for people experiencing financial difficulties)
Details:
– Please note that the course is given entirely in French. Questions may be asked and answered in English, but a minimum knowledge of French is needed to follow the course.
– Registrants must attend the first day of the course to take part in the second.
– The course is for adult women only. People aged 17 and under are not admitted to the course, which is inappropriate for them. We occasionally offer self-defense courses for teenage girls (ages 12 to 17).
* Wheelchair accessible location with individual toilets.
